Unique Beauty Therapy opened its doors on Church Street, Market Harborough, in 2007. Not because the timing was perfect. Not because there was a business plan that said it would work. Because there was a genuine belief that this town deserved a beauty salon that took its work seriously.

The idea was straightforward: offer expert treatments, use the best products available, and treat every single client like they matter — because they do. That was the plan then. That's still the plan now.

In the years since, the beauty industry has changed dramatically. Trends have come and gone. High-street salons have opened and closed. Social media has turned treatments into content and products into hashtags. Through all of it, we've stayed focused on the same thing: doing the work properly.

That means investing in qualifications, not shortcuts. It means choosing product lines like Dermalogica and CACI because they actually deliver results — not because they look good on a shelf. It means building a team of therapists who care about the craft, not just the clock.
